House Parent – Full Time

Position Overview
The House Parent Couple will bring the children and youth to spiritual, emotional, physical, and social maturity until their own homes can be restored. It is the Houseparents’ responsibility to train the children and youth in all areas of life according to Biblical principles and good childcare practices. The Houseparent(s) will have a full understanding of the diverse cultures and circumstances experienced by our clients. These employees will live on campus with room and board provided by Bethel. The schedule is 4 days on and 3 days off. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 403(b), and paid time off. Due to the nature of the position, our policy allows the House Parent couple to have up to two children of their own within the household.
Qualifications:
Spiritual: Be an active participating Christian in a local congregation.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
Specific Skills: One year of youth-related experience. Sensitivity to the cultural differences present among the residents and families served. Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills are preferred. Previous computer experience preferred.
License: Current license or preparation to obtain license in TN required. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Relationship Manager – Full Time

Position Overview
The Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating, stewarding, and expanding meaningful relationships with volunteers, donors, partners, and community stakeholders to advance the mission of Bethel Bible Village. This role emphasizes relational engagement, consistent communication, and alignment with the faith-based values of the organization. The Relationship Manager serves as both a representative and ambassador, connecting supporters’ passions with opportunities to make an impact.
Qualifications:
Spiritual: Be an active, participating member in a local Christian church. In accordance with the Mission of Bethel Bible Village, we will share the gospel with children in our care, as well as their families, to help them know and respond to the love of God in Christ.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, nonprofit management, ministry, or related field (or equivalent experience). Three plus (3+) years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, ministry development, or relationship management.
Specific Skills/Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share stories and impact compellingly. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM/donor management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel locally/regionally and occasionally work evenings/weekends for donor events.

CTE Teacher – Full Time
MISSION

Position Overview
The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Bethel Christian Academy’s Career Readiness program, preparing students with the academic knowledge, technical skills, and professional competencies necessary for success in college, careers, and lifelong learning. The teacher will design, implement, and assess curriculum that aligns with state standards, industry certifications, and workforce needs. This role advances community partnerships to support curriculum development, program instruction, hands-on training, on-site career exploration, and potential employment opportunities.
Qualifications:
Spiritual: Be an active, participating member in a local Christian church. In accordance with the Mission of Bethel Bible Village, we will share the gospel with children in our care, as well as their families, to help them know and respond to the love of God in Christ.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related CTE field preferred. Relevant instruction experience in academic setting and/or professional certification are required. Background in trauma informed education and teaching nontraditional learners.
Specific Skills/Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge of instructional strategies, classroom management, and student engagement practices. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to equity, access, and preparing all students for postsecondary and workforce success.
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, other: Valid state teaching certification and/or licensure in various CTE program areas, or the ability to obtain appropriate certification.

Director of Marketing and Development – Full Time

Position Overview
The Director of Marketing and Development provides strategic leadership and implementation of all fundraising and donor engagement efforts to advance the mission of Bethel Bible Village. This role leads the development team with a comprehensive program including major gifts, annual giving, grants, corporate and church partnerships, special events, and planned giving. Manages Bethel’s brand and all aspects of marketing and communications to accelerate and expand awareness and drive engagement. The Director collaborates with the leadership team, staff, and support base to foster a culture of generosity rooted in faith and stewardship.
Qualifications:
Spiritual: Spiritually mature, with a commitment to integrating faith and work. Be an active, participating member in a local Christian church. In accordance with the Mission of Bethel Bible Village, we will share the gospel with children in our care, as well as their families, to help them know and respond to the love of God in Christ. Servant leader with integrity, humility, and vision.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required. Minimum 5 years of progressive fundraising or development experience with management responsibilities required.
Specific Skills/Requirements: Possesses strong relationship building skills. Knowledge and experience in marketing theory, branding, and application. Writes professionally, demonstrating exceptional writing and language skills. Must have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Possesses good technical understanding with the ability to pick up new tools quickly. Departmental budget management.
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, other: Considerable knowledge and understanding of Development and Marketing with non-profit experience preferred. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM platform, various social media channels, and website content management.
